Areas of Practice

Bankruptcy Law
Represent secured and unsecured creditors, including lenders, trade creditors, landlords, and lessors in addition to debtors and trustees in Chapter 7 (liquidations), Chapter 11 (reorganizations) and Chapter 13 (wage earner's plan) proceedings.

Gary M. Weiner was named a Massachusetts Super Lawyer in his area of practice for 2004, and 2005-2007. Super Lawyers represent the top 5% of practicing attorneys in Massachusetts. Attorneys were selected from over 37,000 ballots, which were sent to lawyers throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. A Super Lawyer is a lawyer recognized by his or her peers as being outstanding in their profession. Attorney Weiner is the only Bankruptcy Attorney in Western Massachusetts who was selected as a Super Lawyer in the Consumer Bankruptcy area over the last 4 years. Joseph J. Lange also practices extensively in the bankruptcy court and has been recognized in various trade publications.

Represent lenders, lessors, manufacturers, distributors and other trade creditors in the evaluation and enforcement of collection remedies under State and Federal laws throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Real Estate Law 
All aspects of buying, selling, financing and leasing residential and commercial real estate. Represent lenders in defaulted mortgage loans
and foreclosures. Clients include buyers, sellers and lenders, landlords and tenants.

Landlord Tenant Law
Practice generally limited to representation of landlords. Representation in all aspects of the landlord-tenant relationship, including the preparation of leases and the eviction process for commercial and residential landlords.
