Marsha Shapiro - Bankruptcy Paralegal

Responsibilities

Marsha has worked for Attorney Weiner since 1994, concentrating in bankruptcy law and trustee-related matters. She assists Attorney Weiner in the handling of all bankruptcy matters within the office. This includes, but is not limited to, the drafting of pleadings, preparation of bankruptcy petitions and correspondence with the courts, clients and opposing counsel.

Christina M. Pellegrino  - Legal Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

Chris joined the firm in August of 2006 and has extensive experience as a legal secretary having worked both small and large law firms.  Ms. Pellegrino's responsibilities include drafting legal pleadings, discovery and communicating with both clients and the Courts. Chris assists Attorneys Weiner and Netkovick in collection, litigation and bankruptcy matters.  Ms. Pellegrino is proficient in Word, Word Perfect, Outlook and Excel.  She has worked as a computer trainer and software troubleshooter.

Kim Guerin – Legal Secretary

Responsibilities

Kim has worked for Attorney Lange since 2000. At Weiner & Lange she assists our Attorneys with many aspects of our collection work, bankruptcy representation and tenant/landlord matters. Kim will draft complaints, do background searches, follow through on filings and court correspondence, run assets searches and skip tracin

Tammy Dougherty – Collection Paralegal

Responsibilities
Tammy joined the firm in August of 2009 as a collection paralegal. She assists all of the attorneys in negotiating payment plans and settlements. Her duties include: Drafting legal pleadings and correspondence for court; the preparation of mechanic's liens and other correspondence for clients and defendants.  Tammy also is trained in skip tracing and asset searches. Ms. Dougherty maintains the calendar on collection files for payment.

Candace Weiner - Office Administrator

Responsibilities

Candace has been with the firm since 1995, serving initially as administrative assistant and now as office administrator. Some of her duties include: responding to inquiries from clients, billing and accounts receivable, and collection administrative matters.
